Health Care Network, Inc. provides free or low-cost health care to residents of Racine County who are medically uninsured and have limited income. Services are provided by health care professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to care for the many patients in need in our community.

In our 10-Month paid AmeriCorps community leadership apprenticeship we believe that everyone can lead. When young emerging leaders join Public Allies, they join a national network of emerging leaders dedicated to creating a future by and for everyone.

The Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization (HALO) provides a pathway to self-sufficiency and housing stability for those experiencing homelessness in Racine County.

Women’s Resource Center provides domestic violence services to the greater Racine area. Services range from DV education to family healing activities to shelter. Women’s Resource Center’s purpose is to help individuals remove themselves from dangerous situations, and rebuild their self-confidence and self-sufficiency.

Bethany Apartments offers women and their children who have experienced abuse or violence a place to live, heal, and grow in a supportive, safe, and secure environment.

The HARC’s mission is to provide safe, decent, and sanitary housing for very low-income families, and to promote personal, economic, and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to transit from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.
