Grow Your Savings with Free Financial Counseling in Racine

We all have financial dreams. Maybe you’d like to have money for a newer car, for you or your children’s education, for a family vacation, or for a down payment on your first house. Or maybe you just want an emergency fund so that the next time a tire blows out, the unexpected expense doesn’t wipe you out. Getting in the habit of saving can be challenging, especially if the money is tight, but having a plan will help you achieve those financial goals and dreams. The Racne FEC will help you make a savings plan that works for you.

Build Savings to Achieve Your Financial Goals

The Racine Financial Empowerment Center financial counselors will work with you to identify your personal financial goals and develop a savings plan to reach them. The Racine FEC will make sure that your savings plan fits your life and your budget.

💰 Teaching Kids to Be Money Smart: This month, 3rd-grade students at Julian Thomas Elementary School and Mitchell School participated in a fun and practical financial education program led by the Racine Financial Empowerment Center. Students learned about budgeting, saving, spending wisely, and distinguishing between needs and wants.

The program will also be presented to Knapp Elementary School students in May.

Special thanks to our sponsors — the Hispanic Roundtable of Racine, Johnson Financial Group, North Shore Bank, Marine Credit Union, Educators Credit Union, and Landmark Credit Union — for helping empower Racine youth with real-world money skills! 💵👏
